As someone who has dealt with injuries & chronic pain, I know firsthand how frustrating it feels when your body doesn’t keep up with your life. I work with women who want more than just band-aid fixes... they want to feel strong, confident, and capable in every season of life. 

Most of the women I meet have been told things like:

  • ‘Just rest and wait it out.’

  • ‘Do a few stretches and you’ll be fine.’

  • ‘That’s just part of pregnancy/postpartum/motherhood.’

  • At Forme Chiro + Wellness, care goes beyond quick adjustments. My approach combines chiropractic care, functional movement, and strength training — helping you not only feel better, but move better and stay strong long-term. Each session is progressing with you and is always one-on-one, personalized, and focused on helping you understand your body so you can stay confident and active in every season of life.

  • I don’t work directly with insurance companies because they often limit the time, quality, and type of care I can provide. Instead, I focus on giving you the comprehensive, individualized care you deserve, without the rushed visits or treatment restrictions.
    However, I do accept HSA and FSA cards, and I can provide detailed receipts for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows.

  • Absolutely. Chiropractic care and strength work are safe and effective during all stages of pregnancy and postpartum when tailored to your unique needs. I use gentle, specialized techniques (like the Webster method) and supportive movement strategies to help your body adapt and recover.
    You can begin care at any stage, whether you’re newly pregnant, preparing for birth, recently postpartum, or months (even years) into motherhood and still not feeling like yourself.

  • Yes, it can help but it does not take the place of pelvic PT if we determine that is better suited for what your body needs.   Through chiropractic care, breathwork, and functional strength training, we help restore coordination, stability, and strength — so your core and pelvic floor work as a team again.

  • Gentle chiropractic care helps support healthy growth, mobility, and nervous system function in babies and children. It can ease tension from birth, improve feeding or latch challenges, support digestion, and help little ones sleep and move more comfortably. Adjustments for infants are extremely gentle and always done with care and comfort in mind.

  • While I specialize in women’s health, pregnancy, and postpartum care, I also work with active women of all stages dealing with:

    • Low back, hip, or pelvic pain

    • Shoulder or neck tension

    • Headaches

    • Overuse or gym-related injuries

    • Mobility or performance limitations

    The goal is always the same — help you move better, feel stronger, and live without fear of pain holding you back.

  • Yes, I offer personal training to all women!  

    When it comes to pregnancy or postpartum- it’s one of the best times to work together. Training during pregnancy and postpartum helps your body adapt safely, maintain strength, and support recovery. Every movement is tailored to your stage, energy level, and goals, so you can stay active, strong, and confident before and after baby.

  • Your workouts will be built specifically for you and your goals— combining strength training, pilates style endurance work, mobility, corrective exercise, and functional movement. You’ll learn how to lift, move, modify and breathe in ways that support your entire body while building real strength and confidence. Every session is guided, intentional, and focused on helping you move with purpose (not just sweat for the sake of it).
